Waterproofing single-component coating under wall tiles and floor tiles

IndicationConsumptionPackaging
BCN I03 08 00 L0Z1,5 kg/m2/ 1 mm th.8 kg
BCN I03 24 00 L0Z1,5 kg/m2/ 1 mm th.24 kg

INTENDED USE: Insulating stopper intended for sealing of walls and floors before the laying of ceramic wall tiles and floor tiles. SE 1 is elastic, seamless insulation, suitable for shower rooms, bathrooms, toilets, laundries, and the like. It is not suitable for swimming pools and places exposed to the permanent action of water. It is to be applied with a brush or roller in two steps. Before application, the base must be treated with the suitable penetration coating PE201.

Gluing after 24 hours

Shelf life 12 months if stored in a dry place

Two-component quick-setting highly flexible water-proofing stopper against high-pressure water

IndicationConsumptionPackaging
BCN I13 20 00 L0Z1,2 kg/m2/ 1 mm th.20 kg

INTENDED USE: Extremely quick-setting water-proofing stopper, intended for bridging of walls and floors before the laying of ceramic wall tiles and floor tiles. It is suitable for internal and external environments, such as cellar walls, foundations, tanks, and wall and floor surfaces in humid and wet areas. SE mach3 is ideal, in particular, for balconies, terraces, and pools. It is to be applied with a spatula in two layers with a total thickness of 2-2.5 mm according to application (non-pressure/pressure water). The base must be solid and clean. It is intended for express insulation and for impaired climatic conditions.

• Pot life 45 minutes

Gluing after 4 hours, or after 3 days in pools!

Two-component epoxy chemically resistant insulating coating

IndicationConsumptionPackaging
BCN P07 08 00 L0Z1,2 kg/m2/ 1 mm th.8 kg
BCN P07 01 00 L0Z1,2 kg/m2/ 1 mm th.1 kg

INTENDED USE 1: For insulation of base structures directly under the ceramic layer in a chemically aggressive environment. It is suitable, in particular, for a higher chemical load on industrial floors. It is to be applied with a brush or rubber spatula in layers of 1-2 mm. The base must be solid, dry, and clean, treated with suitable penetration coatings. For installation of ceramics using cementing materials, the stopper surface must be backfilled with silica sand, or epoxy adhesive AD 321 must be used. After using silica sand in the ratio of up to 1:5, the SE4 can be used as chemically resistant levelling cement for floors. INTENDED USE 2: As a grout resin for grouting of cracks up to 0.2 mm.

Double-sided backed polyethylene insulating foil, 1000 mm in wigth

IndicationConsumptionPackaging
BZS ASH 30 99 L0Z1,1 m2/m230 bm

INTENDED USE: Polyethylene insulating foil, bridging cracks, intended directly for use under ceramic tiles. It is suitable for sealing of structures in interiors and exteriors, in particular, on floor surfaces in humid and permanently wet areas with a great risk of the creation of cracks. For this reason, the SE plano is suitable mainly for large terraces. The assembly is performed using the contact cement PE 204. Joints are to be overlapped at a distance of 50-100 mm, and glued using the insulating stopper SE 6 (SE mach3). The base must be solid, clean, and flat.
